JS Machinery GmbH (JSM) was founded in 2024 as a joint venture between Jingda Machine Ningbo Co., Ltd. (JDM) and Jan Schöler – one of the former owners and managing directors of Schöler GmbH, who is working at JSM alongside a team of long-time Schöler engineers. This partnership brings together two of the most experienced names in global heat exchanger machinery manufacturing - JDM and Schöler.

JSM has acquired all the intellectual properties of Schöler GmbH from Pansdorf – a company that has set standards as a global system supplier for the heat exchanger industry since its founding in 1928. This over 90-year legacy of technology, design expertise, and customer proximity not only continues at JSM – it is being consistently further developed.

The heart of JSM is its team. In addition to a group of highly experienced engineers and specialists who have been with Schöler GmbH for many years, James Li, the technical director of JDM, and Jan Schöler, who has represented and led Schöler GmbH for many years, are also part of the team. We all know the technologies, the customers, and the market requirements firsthand. This unique collective expertise is the foundation for JSM not only to seamlessly continue the proven Schöler technology but also to elevate it to a contemporary technical level together with JDM.

JSM develops and builds special machines for the production of heat exchangers – for the traditional automotive industry as well as for electromobility and climate and refrigeration technology (HVAC). Our range of services includes:

• Roll forming for tube manufacturing – the core competency of Schöler, continuing at the highest level
• Rolling and punching of fins for all common types of heat exchangers
• Assembly and handling systems for complete heat exchanger production
• Toolmaking for customized precision tools from a single source
• Presses for a wide range of applications and performance classes
